Return Policy
- The products must be in their original condition and carry the original labels and tags.
- The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
- The items to be returned must show no signs of use.
- Order number
- Photo or video evidence clearly showing the defect (only if your product was delivered damaged).
- If the issue is found to be justified, we will cover all costs to provide you with a replacement as quickly as possible.
Always make sure your package has a Track & Trace code. Without proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code, lost returns will not be refunded. Shipping your return by mail without a Track & Trace code is at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

4. Have the purchase amount refunded to your account
A full refund will be made via the original payment method after we have received your return. If possible, items should be returned in their original condition and as undamaged as possible. The purchase amount will be refunded to you via the payment method you used. The purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account or another payment method within two business days.
Please note: Always contact our customer service before returning your order. Orders returned without prior contact cannot be refunded.
HYGIENE PRODUCTS
A list of hygiene products that cannot be returned and are non-refundable (the list is not exhaustive): underwear, bikinis, makeup, hair styling products, beauty products, etc. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and refuse the return of beauty and health products for the safety of our customers.
PRODUCTS IN DIFFERENT SIZES
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if your order contains 2 different sizes/colors, which means you ordered the items to return 1 and we cannot accept that. We try to be as environmentally conscious as possible as a company. This way, we do not unnecessarily burden the environment. We also want to mention that you are responsible if you ordered the completely wrong color (if the colors are not similar). We cannot offer a return option.
OPENED PRODUCTS
We regret that you cannot return your opened product to us. Please understand that we take product returns seriously and strive to meet our customers' needs. Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about the product, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would be happy to assist you in any way.
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
EXTRA DISCOUNT
Please understand that we cannot accept returns of products offered with an additional discount. That means a product with a discount plus an extra discount on that discount. Our return policy states that all sales of clearance or discounted items, including those with an additional discount, are final.
We understand that it can be frustrating to buy a product that does not meet your expectations, but we hope you understand that due to the nature of the sale, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for these items.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After 5 minutes, our orders are processed and cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

Returns are always at the sender's risk; return shipping costs will not be refunded.
