Customer Service Representative

We are urgently looking for an enthusiastic customer service representative (24-32 hours). Are you someone who enjoys working in a young and fun team? Someone with initiative and courage who likes to work in a team? Then we are looking for you!

What will you do? You will do everything to help customers as quickly and as well as possible with all their questions. As a customer service representative, you are responsible for the fast and service-oriented handling of incoming calls, emails, and chats. You are the first point of contact for customers, and with your empathy, you are able to assist customers in a correct and pleasant manner. By asking the right questions, you identify the true needs of our customers and find the best solution. Additionally, together with your colleagues, you ensure that our products look perfect and that all content meets quality standards.

Webshop Employee - Marketing

As a webshop employee, you are responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels. We are looking for an enthusiastic marketer (24-32 hours). Are you someone who enjoys working in a young and fun team? Someone with initiative and guts who knows how to get things done? Then we are looking for you!

What will you do? You will be responsible for a large part of the sales of our products. You have experience and affinity with Facebook and Instagram ads. And you have an understanding of social media. You know exactly which buttons to press to bring more traffic to the website.

The other half of the time, you will be busy optimizing the website, product pages, etc. You take care of good SEO product descriptions. You know how to write a text that grabs the reader and knows how to convince them to buy.
