It’s that easy – in 6 steps

Step 1: Clean & prepare
Make sure your skin is clean, dry, and free of oils or lotions. This ensures the adhesive sticks optimally and provides long-lasting hold.

Step 2: Expose & apply adhesive area
Peel off the small white paper strip to expose the adhesive area. Press the exposed sticky side firmly onto the skin.

Step 3: Secure the bottom part
Remove the lower outer piece of the transparent film.

Step 4: Remove backing paper
Peel off the remaining white backing paper.

Step 5: Stretch & lift
Grab the top part of the Instant&Glow and pull it upwards. The material is extra stretchy, so don’t worry about it tearing.

Step 6: Remove top film
Remove the last piece of the transparent film from the top half.

Finally: Admire the result
